Anders is broadly experienced in bringing data-driven innovation and revenue growth to clients across a range of industries. As CEO of V12 Data, Anders led the transformation of the company into an omnichannel data powerhouse and the company has since experienced double-digit growth.
Previously, Anders was Executive Vice President of MRM Worldwide, serving as Eastern Region head and Chief Growth Officer. While at MRM, Anders drove the company’s evolution by bringing data-driven innovation to clients such as the US Army, MasterCard and Kohl’s. Anders has also served as a Senior Vice President at Digitas, building CRM infrastructure and marketing success for the firm’s largest clients, including GM and AT&T Wireless.
Anders is a graduate of Bowdoin College.
Saša Zorović serves as V12 Data’s Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he oversees V12 Data’s technology, operations, human resources and finance teams and is responsible for developing strategies to structure and operate the company for maximum success.
Prior to joining V12 Data, Saša held an executive role at technology company PTC where he served as VP of Finance, Operations, and Strategic Planning for the Internet-of-Things division. During his career tenure, Saša has served in numerous leadership positions, including Chairman and CFO for Aseptia, Inc. and CEO of Bloomberg DataConnect. Prior to that, Saša founded Datalette, a company that was subsequently acquired by Bloomberg. He started his career as software analyst at Goldman Sachs and Oppenheimer, and consultant at McKinsey.
Saša has an MBA from Stanford Business School, a PhD in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford, and an AB from Harvard.
Stacey has over 25 years of experience in the direct marketing industry and has been a featured speaker at the Direct Marketing Association, DMD NY, and List Vision. She is a leader in helping clients develop effective lead generation and retention programs using state-of-the art marketing solutions and technology, and is particularly effective in helping organizations scale their operations for increased productivity and profitability.
Stacey holds a BS Marketing & Management degree from Davis & Elkins College.
Karen is a highly accomplished strategic marketer with experience in leading global clients in data driven digital and direct marketing campaigns. As the CMO, she leads V12 Data in their positioning and demand generation strategies as they continue to grow into an omnichannel data leader. Prior to joining V12, Karen was the VP Group Marketing Director at Digitas. There she led all of Proctor and Gamble’s digital marketing efforts for their fem care brands. She was also responsible for cross divisional marketing programs for clients such as The Home Depot and General Motors. Prior to her marketing tenure, Karen worked for several years in politics and government.
Karen has an MBA from Boston College and BA from Syracuse University
Brent serves at V12 Data’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Brent is responsible for the overall financial strategies of the company, including operational growth objectives. Prior, Brent served as COO at IHM Services, a leading analytics provider focused on quality and regulatory reporting for hospitals. While there, he successfully led a team responsible for overseeing the financial stability, performance, and operational processes across the enterprise. Brent also served in leadership roles at Catapult Learning and Dendrite International.
Brent attended Ferris State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Kelly Idol has over 30 years of experience developing custom-fit data solutions for businesses, associations, universities, market research organizations, and others who need to communicate with customers, constituents and prospects through accurate and current data. Kelly leads a team of dedicated sales professionals who drive client value by creating insightful customer acquisition and retention strategies. Kelly was also a 2011 Stevie Awards Finalist.
Peg Kuman is a senior executive with over 40 years’ experience in Direct and Digital Marketing. Peg serves as Chief Privacy Officer of V12 Data and as a senior advisor to the company. Her broad experience includes the design and development of data and information-based logic and matching systems for business and consumer marketing. This experience spans across numerous sectors including: telecommunications, energy, manufacturing, publishing, retail, consumer package goods, financial services, banking, insurance, and health care. She previously managed business units for several brand marketers, including Publishers Clearing House (PCH) and Fingerhut Corporation.
Peg is a graduate of Hartwick College.
Graham is an experienced Executive Leader of over 28 years with a proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to design, develop, sell and implement breakthrough digital strategies and solutions. An established thought leader in the automotive and digital marketing industries, Graham’s role as Executive Vice President at V12 Data is to measurably increase and advance the performance, value, and profitability of V12 Data by contributing and focusing on strategic goals in product development, sales, marketing and digital innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Graham is a graduate of Sheridan College.
Michelle has over 20 years’ marketing and leadership experience driving innovative ideas, cost-cutting strategies and revenue growth for her clients. Michelle provides an in-depth knowledge in the industry as it relates to data sourcing, data privacy best practices, data availability and reliability. She has a proven track record to developing data solutions across media channels. Prior to V12 Data, Michelle has held various leadership position including The Allant Group, Acxiom Corporation / May & Speh and Unique Mailing Services.
Michelle holds a BA in Business Management & Marketing.
Thomas serves as SVP of Data Services at V12 Data where he is responsible for overseeing the Design/Build Team, evolving and streamlining internal and external processes, and driving continuous improvement and growth in V12 Data’s build and deployment cycle. Prior to joining the company, Thomas served as the VP of Product Development at Healthplan Services where he led similar growth and improvement initiatives. He has also held several senior IT leadership positions with Microsoft, Walt Disney, Electronic Arts, and AAA.
Andy has over 25 years’ experience in both the client and service sides in the data-driven marketing industry. He brings expertise in the development and execution of business intelligence and analytical strategies to ensure quantifiable business benefits through multi-channel marketing. His team helps clients with customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell by using a combination of analytic and modeling techniques.
Andy holds an undergraduate degree from DePaul University and an MBA from Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
Bob is VP of Operations and is responsible for strategic planning and resource management for V12 Data’s delivery operations. Bob has 10 years of managerial finance and operations management experience. Prior to joining V12 Data, Bob held a senior finance and management role in the marketing solutions division of Cegedim Dendrite.
Bob holds a MBA from Pace University.
As SVP of Finance, Linda is responsible for all financial aspects of managing V12 Data including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Financial Reporting. Linda started her career in the retail sector working for Marshall Fields before moving to the French hypermarket retailer Auchan. She later joined Phoenix Data Processing in July 1991. Linda is a registered CPA, a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a member of both the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.
Linda holds a BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
Tommy has more than twenty years of demonstrated management and hands on experience in software engineering, application development, design, implementation and business systems development, IT project management, and data center management. He is a results-oriented leader with a commitment to quality improvement; with excellent leadership, extensive management experience, and knowledge of how to prioritize, analyze, plan, manage technology budgets and motivate in a multi-project environment.
Ray Estevez has over 21 years of experience in technology with both Fortune 500 and emerging technology companies. Most recently, Ray was chief technology officer of Orb, Inc., an interactive marketing firm and Vice President of Information Technology at 24/7 Mail, a division of 24/7 Real Media, where he was responsible for overseeing and managing all systems of development and operations.
