V12 Data is seeking an organized and energetic Senior Account Manager to work with sales and operations in the planning, execution, and administration of direct marketing programs for our clients. This person will report to the Director of Operations.
- Execute orders using various third-party and proprietary software applications, including the V12 Data Cloud, V12 Data’s marketing automation platform.
- Assist in the onboarding and ongoing support of new V12 Data Cloud users.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the delivery workflow process for V12 Data’s capabilities.
- Hands on day-to-day activities associated with executing client direct marketing programs which can be a combination of email marketing campaigns, direct mail, data append, modeling and analytics, etc.
- Ability to directly interface with clients to address and manage requests and communicate status updates.
- Resolve client challenges by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Adept at using a CRM application such as Salesforce to track all stages of program management.
- Present results from direct marketing programs to clients when applicable.
- 5-7 years of Account Management or production experience in the Direct Marketing industry
- Experience with list fulfillment, data appending, email campaign fulfillment is a plus
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
- Highly motivated with ability to take initiative and operate under minimal supervision
