Sales Director

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to manage and expand client relationships.  You’ll be directly responsible for meeting client budgets and identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.The goal is to find opportunities within existing accounts and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with the SVP of Business Solutions to assist with the growth of all accounts
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking with current customers and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present products and solutions to current and prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ experience
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients. It is your responsibility to understand their needs, desires and goals
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Drive to achieve: month, quarterly and annual budget goals


  • Proven experience as a sales executive with in the Direct Marketing industry
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • 7 plus years of experience in Sales
